To manage and coordinate all logistics, procurement, and inventory functions related to aircraft maintenance, parts, and ground operations. The role ensures seamless availability of materials and equipment while maintaining compliance with aviation regulatory standards and cost efficiency.

Inventory & Warehouse Control

  • Maintain accurate stock records of aircraft spares, tools, and consumables in the inventory system.
  • Implement FIFO and shelf-life tracking for aviation materials.
  • Conduct periodic stock checks, audits, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation standards are maintained.

Logistics & Shipment Coordination

  • Arrange shipping, freight forwarding, and customs clearance for inbound and outbound parts.
  • Coordinate with freight agents and regulatory authorities for AOG (Aircraft on Ground) support.
  • Track shipments and update internal stakeholders on delivery status.
  • Manage return logistics (core returns, warranty items, repair/exchange units).


Must be a Malaysian Citizen

To be based in Ipoh

Must have relevant work experience
